Dickson Property Consultants Pte Ltd first established in 1998, is a professional firm fully dedicated to property management.Currently we have 23 qualified staff equipped with the various skills/ experience needed in the management/maintenance of multi owner sub-divided buildings.Many of our staff had been with us since our first inception and this helps us to maintain a cohesive team.

Our principal Director, Richard Tang  is a graduate with B.Sc Est Mgt (Hons) degree from the University of Reading UK, 1980. He is registered valuer with more than 20 years  experience in property management consultancy.

Our other Director, Musa Said graduated with Master in Professional Accounting from VUT in 1997. He has more than 10 years experience in property management and is a certified Fire Safety Manager.

Currently, we are engaged to manage 50 estates comprising a mixture of residential, commercial and industrial buildings.
